Office/HR Assistant

Location: Salt Lake City, UT

Position Type: Part-time

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office/HR Assistant to join our team! The Office/HR Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, enjoy multitasking, and carry a pleasant positive attitude!

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain office supplies and ensure the office is clean and organized.
  • Stock, clean, and maintain breakroom.
  • Coordinate meetings and manage scheduling of conference room.
  • Transcribe meeting minutes.
  • Purchase and arrange laptops for new hires.
  • Maintain licenses.
  • Maintain and organize Dropbox and shared Excel spreadsheets.
  • Handle incoming/outgoing mail, FedEx, UPS
  • Plan and execute company events.
  • Provide administrative support to HR Manager.
  • Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
  • Perform periodic audits of HR files and records.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • High degree of attention to detail.
  • Computer literacy; Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, and Teams.
  • Energetic with a positive attitude
  • Willing to use own vehicle for corporate events and transport supplies/equipment.

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Prior related office or administrative experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Walk, stand, bend, twist, and lift up to 30lbs.
