Scary Good Data requires 3 things:

1. Cleaning slides need to be cleaned before and after experiments to ensure longevity and quality of Single Flow Cell and Printhead
2. Computer maintenance should be done regularly to ensure no interruptions result from automatic Windows updates
3. In addition to regular Clean and Sanitize routines… A deep clean protocol should be run on occasion, especially if the lines appear dirty or foggy
   1. Set up triple primes on the PH and SFC on Cleaning Slides
      1. 3x water
      2. 3x 1% bleach
      3. 3x water
      4. 3x 3% Contrad
      5. 3+x Water (the more the better)
