Epitope Software Manual

The Epitope software is designed to process the massive data sets created by the high-throughput surface plasmon resonance (HT-SPR) technology from Carterra, where 384 ligands can be tested against 384 analytes. The software enables the rapid generation of heat maps that show blocking and sandwiching interactions between these ligands and analytes, which in turn allows for the sorting of like-behaved antibodies into discrete bins that support functional characterization.
