Epitope Data Analysis Software™ Manual

The Carterra Epitope Data Analysis Software™ Manual is designed to process small and large data sets created by the high-throughput surface plasmon resonance (HT-SPR) technology from Carterra, where 384 ligands can be tested against 384 analytes (LSA and LSA^XT instruments). The software can also process data from the Carterra Ultra® platform. The software enables the rapid generation of heat maps that show blocking and sandwiching interactions between these ligands and analytes, which in turn allows for the sorting of like-behaved antibodies into discrete bins that support functional characterization.
