Determination of detailed binding kinetics (ka & kd) and affinity (KD) through SPR is essential to optimum therapeutic candidate selection; however, traditional low-throughput SPR systems are limited to analyzing only a small subset of these candidates. The Kinetics software from Carterra changes the paradigm of this process by enabling the generation of up to 1,152 kinetic profiles, allowing researchers to combine screening and characterization of complete therapeutic candidate libraries into a single step.
