Poster Title: Breaking the Biophysical Characterization Barrier in Biologics and Small-Molecule Drug Discovery

Abstract: The advent of AI/ML and advances in small-scale protein production have enabled the creation of large antibody libraries that need triaging in biologics discovery. Additionally, in small-molecule analysis, there is a need to increase screening throughput, as current platforms can screen only approximately 2,000 compounds per day. Carterra’s HT-SPR technology addresses these challenges in biologics and small molecule discovery. While Carterra is the leader in antibody discovery workflows with its 384-spot array for kinetics and epitope analysis, the newly launched 48-channel Carterra Vega™ platform can now screen 20,000 fragments or small-molecule compounds per day, significantly boosting productivity in drug discovery.
